Articolazione e contenuti

Il Progetto “Promoting methodological and technological cooperation for a better trade union and workers' education”, promosso da Etui, Etuc, Ilo- Actrav e Solidar, coinvolge centri di formazione e scuole sindacali e associazioni per la formazione dei lavoratori con l'obiettivo di collaborare per la creazione e la condivisione delle conoscenze sulle questioni europee di attualità, su pratiche innovative di insegnamento e formazione e sullo sviluppo di materiali e massimizzare il loro accesso alla maggior parte degli strumenti e materiali di formazione come un modo per una migliore disposizione delle azioni di informazione e di formazione per le organizzazioni dei lavoratori che mira a promuovere la diffusione dei sistemi di riconoscimento, validazione e certificazione delle competenze nelle organizzazioni di lavoro.

L'obiettivo principale del progetto è supportare lo scambio di esperienze e la collaborazione basata sulla cooperazione delle organizzazioni coinvolte e indicate come Comunità di Pratica dei centri di formazione e delle scuole sindacali e delle associazioni di formazione dei lavoratori (CoP).

Nei giorni 15 e 16 gennaio 2015 a Torino, presso l'International Training Center dell'International Labour Organization (ITC – ILO), si è svolto il terzo incontro.
LaReS Laboratorio Relazioni Sindacali è coinvolta nel progetto, contribuendo al dibattito in corso sul tema della formazione permanente come strumento indispensabile nella negoziazione sindacale.
